Chef Charlie Trotter opened Restaurant Charlie this week at Palazzo Las Vegas. Although the grand opening Restaurant Charlie isn’t for a few weeks still, the restaurant is in full operation serving mainly seafood and vegetable dishes, but also meat dishes. All of Charlie Trotters menu items are seasonally driven and organic.

Bar Charlie is seating area inside the restaurant that offers bar seating for sushi and 7 or 14 course menus.
