“It's all to do with the training: you can do a lot if you're properly trained.” - Elizabeth II I think the importance of training the employees - both new and experienced -- cannot be overemphasized. Effective training of new employees results in employees who:

Know what they're doing
Save time
Have a good feeling about the company
Get off to a good start.
